PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The position of a Fraud Prevention Supervisor is to provide support to fraud prevention operations. Be a leadership point of contact in the fraud prevention department.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Supervise fraud prevention operations

  2. Create and facilitate personnel in the department

  3. Monitor workforce reports for adherence and other reporting

  4. Report fraud trends and call trends to Fraud management

  5. Conduct audits in fraud prevention workflows and suggest optimization

  6. Manage systems and query reports

  7. Prioritize and distribute incoming workload to employees

  8. Review/Analyze fraud reports and make adjustments to daily plans

Day Shift (Hours will be provided during interview)

EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Must Pass Background Screening

Ø Must be flexible with schedules and overtime availability

Ø 2 Years Supervisor/Management experience

Ø Bachelor in Management/Finance is strongly recommended

Ø Fraud Prevention experience is recommended

Ø Finance or Banking knowledge

Call Center Experience is recommended
